
Ajlin Dizdarevic was born and raised in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, where she lived until 1992. Driven by her curiosity and passion for business, she studies management in Switzerland (undergraduate and graduate) and the Netherlands (doctoral). Since 1996 she has worked across several industries in startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, and a large corporation managing diverse strategic and operational areas from business and organizational design, general management, new product development, and growth to transformation. Her areas of expertise are strategic management, entrepreneurship, open innovation, corporate-startup collaboration, and asymmetric partnerships. She speaks English, Italian, Bosnian, German, and knows French. Ajlin lives in Lugano, Switzerland.
